The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read every message and try to respond as early as we can.
What to Write About
- Data corrections: spot a wrong rating, a misassigned club, a missing player, or a typo? Send the URL and what you think should be fixed. We push corrections to the live site after we verify them against the EA Sports dataset.
- Feedback and feature ideas: if a stat or filter would make a page more useful, we want to hear about it. The same goes for site bugs, broken links, and anything else that’s not working.
- Business and partnerships: advertising, sponsored content, content licensing, and partnership inquiries are all welcome. We’ll respond with a current rate sheet or proposal where relevant.
- Press inquiries: for interviews, quotes, or background on the FCRatings network, include your outlet and deadline in the first email.
What We Can’t Help With
- EA Sports support issues. We’re not affiliated with EA Sports. For Ultimate Team trades, account problems, banned players, server errors, or anything tied to the game itself, the EA Help team is the right place to start: help.ea.com.
- Rating change requests. We mirror EA Sports’ official ratings as published. If you think a rating should be higher or lower, that decision belongs to EA Sports, not us.
- Personal account or profile setup. FCRatings doesn’t require accounts or store user profiles. Nothing to set up, nothing to recover.
About Your Message
